All relationship have RUPTURES, those conflicts large and small that hurt or diminish. All relationships that last have REPAIRS, those balms that heal the hurt and strength the love.
This Sunday we begin a Lent sermon series on Rupture & Repair.
God has shown us the most perfect repair to mend the relationship that we ruptured. As Lent begins, we begin by noticing all the ruptures we have done to our relationship with God. So that when we celebrate God’s perfect repair at Easter, we can more fully reverence the depth of God’s love and power.
