You’re just getting by day to day. You’ve noticed God. And then God opens your heart to listen. Before you know it, your life has become all about building the Kingdom of Heaven, and God is doing great things through you.
That’s what happened with the hero we’ll hear about this Sunday. She was extraordinary the way every human being is extraordinary. She has gifts from God that made her amazing in a unique and special way. Each of us has spiritual gifts that God uses as part of God’s good mission. A key part of discipleship is using those spiritual gifts. Our hero did just that.
