This Week Jul. 26-Aug. 1

In Worship This Week
Elements of Faith continues as we shift to our final element: earth.  Come to praise God for creation, play with parables, and share (or catch) the contagious joy of Living Hope!  There will be birthday blessings for anyone with a July birthday.  See you at 10:30!
Read Mark 4:1-9 in anticipation of worship.

Sunday Supper - July 30th!  5:00 p.m. — 7:00 p.m.
Sunday Supper is FREE!  Please let your friends and neighbors know about it!  Please come and enjoy a great meal and very fine fellowship!  We miss you when you don’t!
Come for supper, stay for SONGS OF FAITH—5:30 & 6:30 p.m.  Local musicians offer piano, guitar, and vocal arrangements of beloved hymns and new songs alike.
Join us to let your heart and soul be fed!

Call for Summer Photos!
Send your summer fun photos--with YOU enjoying fire, wind, water, or earth--to Rev. Karen at 208-697-4510RevKarenHernanez@gmail.com, or as a private message on Facebook.  Thanks!

Looking Ahead to Saturday, Aug. 5 - Sunday, Aug. 6
The Kuna Days parade is Saturday, Aug. 5 @ 10 a.m.  The parade route goes right in front of the church!  Bring your family, friends, and neighbors to watch the parade at Living Hope!  We happily provide (metal) folding chairs to anyone who would like to borrow them to watch the parade with us.
On Sunday, Aug. 6, we'll continue the fun in the sun by worshiping outside!  Plan to be casual, wear your shades, slather on the sunblock, and celebrate creation at 10:30 a.m. in the church parking lot!

Pockets Publications!  They're here!  The new issue of Pockets is here!  Young Disciples in elementary school or younger should pick up a copy of Pockets in the front hallway--and enjoy!

Thank You!
Last week we received a new refrigerator at the parsonage to replace the old one that was no longer doing it's job well.  The fridge is now being used, enjoyed, and greatly appreciated!  Our new Maytag is doing an excellent job with our food and with displaying family photos.  Special thanks to Margaret Roberts for her smart shopping, good stewardship, and logistical help!  --Ed & Rev. Karen
